CINNAMON & SPICE TRAIL MIX
Another trail mix we like to take camping with us. This always seems to cure that munchy or sweet tooth we have.

Steps:
- Mix margarine and honey in large bowl; add cereal, tossing to coat well.
- Spread mixture on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 baking pan.
- Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cereal mixture, stirring to coat well.
- Stir in raisins; cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.

SPICED CEREAL TRAIL MIX
Two organic cereals bake with dried fruit and a touch of honey and spice for a delicious munchy snack.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In small bowl, mix honey, pumpkin pie spice and water.
- In large bowl, mix cereal, granola and pretzels. Spray lightly (15 seconds) with cooking spray, tossing once or twice. Stir in cranberries. Drizzle honey mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat. Spread evenly in pan.
- Bake 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
