Steps:
- In a large saucepan, combine the first 12 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add corn; cook 10 minutes longer. Top with tortilla chips and cheese.

Steps:
- Empty the salsa into a large saucepan.
- Cook 2 minutes over medium-high heat, then add the chicken, beans, broth, and cumin (if desired).
- Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Top each bowl with a sprinkling of onions, a dollop of sour cream, and some tortilla chips (if desired).
- (For a soupier dish, use 4 cups of broth).

Steps:
- 1. In a Dutch Oven or Stockpot, add 2 T. Olive Oil. Heat on Med. High Heat. Add Onion and Garlic. Stir until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant.
- 2. Add chicken to Pot and Cook chicken until no longer pink.Add in Corn, Black Beans, tomatoes,green chilies,chicken stock,2 cans water and taco seasoning. Stir thoroughly. Bring to a boil. To each bowl of Soup,crumble tortilla chips,then add a dollop of sour Cream and green onions. Serve and Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until soft.
- 2. Add chipotle, and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add cilantro, chicken stock, tomato paste, sea salt and pepper.
- 3. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from stove.
- 4. Add fresh lime juice. Let cool and puree in blender.
- 5. Cook chicken (grill or poached) and slice. Pour puree in sauce pot, add chicken and bring to a boil.
- 6. Ladle in soup bowls and top each with crushed tortilla chips, grated cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
- 7. Garnish with sliced avocado if desired.
