SOUR CREAM & DILL CUCUMBERS
I grew up with your everyday sour cream, dill, and cucumber salad on our Polish table, but as I learned to cook I took this common dish and spiced it up.

Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, sprinkle cucumbers with salt and pour in cold water until cucumbers are just covered. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 2. While cucumbers are chilling, combine the remaining ingredients in bowl - mix well.
- 3. After 30 minutes, drain cucumbers very well. Carefully cucumbers and sour cream mixture. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
CUCUMBERS WITH SOUR CREAM AND DILL

- Peel the cucumbers if you prefer. Place cucumber slices in a colander, sprinkle with salt and toss to coat. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, allowing cucumbers to release some moisture. Pat cucumbers dry with paper towel. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, vinegar and sugar. Add sliced cucmbers to the sour cream fressing along with the onion, dill and black pepper. Stir gently to coat. Chill 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend. CUCUMBERS AND SOUR CREAM WITH DILL
This salad is best when cucumber is sliced as thin as possible , the same for the onion slices. Dill is optional. For less calories and fat content, use Fat Free or Light sour cream.

- Rinse and peel cucumbers and onions ... Slice as thin as possible into medium size bowl ... place in refrigerator for about a 1/2 to 1 hour ... remove and drain excess water, well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Serve and enjoy !!
