- Cook beef and onion in skillet until browned, then pour off fat.
- Add soup, mustard and pepper.
- Heat through.
- Serve on rolls.
SOUPERBURGER SANDWICHES

- 1. Using 10-inch skillet over medium high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to separate meat. Stir in soup, ketchup and pepper. Heat through over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve on toasted buns. Makes 6 servings.

This recipe has been in my father's family for quite a long time. He inherited this recipe from his mother and now it's down to me! It happens to be one of my favorites as well. Very delicious dinner entree - you'll always want seconds! Note: It's similar to a Sloppy Joe, but in a hot dog bun. PICTURE COMING SOON

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, brown one pound of lean ground beef along with approximately 1/3 cup chopped onion.
- 2. drain off grease and add one can Campbell's Minestrone soup, 1/3 cup ketchup, and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Fill buttered and toasted hot dog buns with the mixture and top with a liberal amount of cheddar cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
