EASY SAUSAGE GRAVY AND BISCUITS

Steps:
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk; cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Split biscuits in half. Place 2 halves on each of 8 plates; top with about 1/3 cup gravy.

Steps:
- In a small skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 3-5 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add butter and heat until melted. Add the flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until blended. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Serve with biscuits.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven according to biscuit directions. Open can of biscuits, and arrange on baking sheet.
- 2. Thaw sausage in microwave for 2 mins, cut into chunks as small as you like.
- 3. In medium saucepan, add both soup, sausage, and milk,and a pinch of pepper (to taste). Place on medium high heat.
- 4. Place biscuits in oven and set timer per biscuit directions.
- 5. Stir gravy frequently as it comes to a boil, turn heat down to low and simmer, stirring every now and then. When biscuits are done, turn off heat. (You can add more milk if you want thinner gravy, or less for thicker)
- 6. When biscuits are done, remove from oven, turn oven off.
- 7. Place two biscuits on each plate, pour desired amount of gravy over each. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
