SOUP OR SAUCE MIX (SOS)
Found online from the Utah State University Extension Service. This is similar to other dry cream of ?? soup mixes. Look for other recipes that call for this mix specifically. I will post the recipe numbers here after approved.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a re-closeable plastic bag.
- Store in plastic bag or air-tight container until ready to use. It does not need too be refrigerated.
- To substitute for 1 can of cream soup in a casserole: Combine 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1 1/4 cups cold water.
- Cook and stir on stove top or in microwave until thickened.
- Add thickened mixture to casserole as you would a can of soup.

I saw this recipe somewhere on the web, and it sounds enticing. I hope it will prove beneficial to anyone who sees it and wants to save a lot of money because it will no longer be necessary to buy canned cream soups.

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag, mixing well. Equal to 9 (10.5 oz.) cans of cream soup
- 2. To substitute 1 can of creamed soup, combine 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1-1/4 cups of cold water. Whisk until blended. Cook and stir on heated eye on stove top or in microwave until thickened.
- 3. Add thickened mixture to casseroles as you would a can of soup.
