1 gallon orange juice
1 gallon cranberry juice
1 (15-ounce) can pineapple juice
6 limes, halved
6 lemons, halved
6 oranges, halved
4 cups mandarin vodka
4 cups citron vodka

Steps:

  • Combine the orange, cranberry, and pineapple juices in a large container. Add the 2 vodkas and the halved fruits to the punch. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill over night.

1 liter lemon-lime soda

2 cups chilled seltzer water
Ice cubes
Orange, grapefruit and lime slices, optional garnish

Steps:

  • In a serving pitcher, combine the orange, grapefruit and lime juices. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in the seltzer water. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnished with citrus slices, if desired.

1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 cups brandy
1 cup sugar
1 bottle chilled Champagne
1 bottle chilled light white wine
1 liter chilled club soda or seltzer

Steps:

  • Put strawberries in a resealable plastic bag. In a bowl mix together the brandy and sugar, pour mixture into bag with strawberries, close the bag, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Pour the Champagne, white wine and seltzer into a punch bowl, stir. In a glass place a few strawberries. Ladle over punch and serve.
