JAPANESE ZUCCHINI AND ONIONS
Zucchini and onions are stir fried with sesame seeds and teriyaki and soy sauces.

Steps:
- Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, and cook 5 minutes. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook until zucchini are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in ground pepper, and serve immediately.

This recipe reminds me of smother potatoes and tastes like it too. We like it as a quick summer side dish and the kids enjoy it.

Steps:
- I like to use my wok or a big skillet for this recipe.
- Slice the zucchini and onion into coins. Mince the garlic then toss everything together with a little olive oil and season with pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning mix.
- Add olive oil and butter to saute pan, when melted saute vegetables over medium to high heat until they are brown. Add chicken broth and cover until your desired tenderness.
