TOASTED COCONUT PIE
While on vacation this week I was going through some old bins decluttering and I found another one of my sister Dianne's wonderful pie recipes and went right to work in the kitchen to make it.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower temp. to 350 degrees and bake approx. 40-45 minutes longer.
