Entertaining is a breeze with this quick, easy, white pizza-inspired slow-cooker dip. Serve with chips, bread or fresh veggies.

Steps:
- In large bowl, mix sour cream, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic until well combined.
- Pour mixture into 3- to 4- quart slow cooker. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 hours.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.

Steps:
- Put the cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, pizza sauce, seasoning, and pepperoni into the slow cooker. Stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 or LOW for 2-3 hours. Stir occassioanlly until the cream cheese is melted.
- Top with remaining shredded mozzarella, cover, and cook until melted. Top with more pepperoni and chopped basil.
- Turn slow cooker to LOW or WARM to keep warm until ready to serve.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes and garlic in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella, provolone and 1/4 cup Parmesan until well combined. Gently fold in the roasted red bell peppers just to combine.
- Spread the mixture in a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Bake until browned and bubbly throughout, 20 to 22 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips and crudites.

- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer meat to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients except garlic bread., Cook, covered, on low 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve with garlic bread. Freeze option: Freeze cooled dip in freezer containers.
