16 oz sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
2/3 cup diced pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Steps:

  • In large bowl, mix sour cream, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into 3- to 4- quart slow cooker. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 hours.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
8 ounces pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup mini pepperoni (or chopped pepperoni)
Fresh basil (chopped, for garnish)
Mini pepperoni (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Put the cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, pizza sauce, seasoning, and pepperoni into the slow cooker. Stir everything together.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 or LOW for 2-3 hours. Stir occassioanlly until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Top with remaining shredded mozzarella, cover, and cook until melted. Top with more pepperoni and chopped basil.
  • Turn slow cooker to LOW or WARM to keep warm until ready to serve.

One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
1 cup shredded mild provolone
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers, patted dry
Tortilla chips, for serving
Crudites, for serving (I used endive spears, carrots, cucumbers, fennel and baby bell peppers)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes and garlic in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella, provolone and 1/4 cup Parmesan until well combined. Gently fold in the roasted red bell peppers just to combine.
  • Spread the mixture in a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Bake until browned and bubbly throughout, 20 to 22 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips and crudites.

1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped (2 oz)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1 baguette French bread, cut into 56 thin slices

Steps:

  • In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pepperoni, ketchup and pizza sauce.
  • Spray 1 1/2- to 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon sausage mixture into slow cooker. Stir in cheese.
  • Cover; cook on Low setting 2 to 3 hours.
  • Stir dip before serving. Serve with bread slices.

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Hot garlic bread

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer meat to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients except garlic bread., Cook, covered, on low 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve with garlic bread. Freeze option: Freeze cooled dip in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.

1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
1 envelope Lipton savory herb with garlic soup mix
French bread baguette slices, toasted

Steps:
