SLOW COOKER OVERNIGHT OATMEAL WITH APPLES, CRANBERRIES, AND WALNUTS
Fast, easy way to enjoy steel-cut oats without hovering over the stove for an hour. This recipe is so tasty no additional sugar or other ingredients are needed. My husband and I refrigerate 6 servings and enjoy throughout the work week.

CROCK POT PEARS AND OATMEAL
I've converted my Recipe #160393 to a breakfast crock pot recipe What a tasty way to start the day (and I don't even like oatmeal)! Apples could be substituted. Sometimes I substitute equal parts of homemade granola for some of the oatmeal! Be sure to use steel cut oatmeal, as rolled oatmeal will cook too quickly. Do not use the large 6 qt. crock pots for this recipe, and if you cut the recipe in 1/2 use one of the mini-crock pots.

SLOW-COOKER SPICED MIXED NUTS
What slow cookers do for soups and stews, they'll do for mixed nuts, too. The scent of spices is delightful, and the nuts are delicious. -Stephanie Loaiza, Layton, Utah
