CROCK POT HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE (+VIDEO)
Crock Pot Hot Fudge Sundae Cake is a homemade chocolate cake that makes it's own hot fudge sauce as it cooks! Simply delicious!

Steps:
- Spray a 3-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
- Then stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract.
- Finally, stir in nuts.
- Spread batter evenly into your slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining 4 Tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- Whisk in hot water until smooth.
- Pour evenly over batter in slow cooker. DO NOT STIR.
- Cover and cook on high setting for 2-2 1/2 hours.
- To test if it is done, stick a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean (with no cake batter hanging on it), then it is done.
- Let cake stand, uncovered for 30-40 minutes before serving (this helps to thicken the sauce on the bottom.)

I got this recipe off of MSN Delish. This is super easy. My family loved it! It is very rich and chocolatey. Excellent with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

- 1. 1.Stir together all ingredients except ice cream in a large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased 3-quart slow cooker. 2.Cover and cook on LOW 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until set around the edges but still soft in the center. Let stand, covered, 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.

- Mix flour, sugar, 2 TBS cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
- Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread batter evenly in slow cooker.
- Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl.
- Stir in hot water until smooth.
- Pour evenly over batter in crock.
- Cover and cook on high 2- 2 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Turn off crock.
- Let cake stand uncovered 30- 40 minutes to cool slightly before serving.
- Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes.
- Spoon sauce over top.
- 6 servings.
