1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 cups granola without raisins
Milk and maple syrup, optional

Steps:

  • Place apples in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. In a microwave, melt butter; stir in honey and cinnamon. Drizzle over apples. Sprinkle cranberries and granola over top., Cook, covered, on low until apples are tender, 6-8 hours. If desired, serve with milk and syrup.

2 pears - peeled, cored, and diced
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh blackberries
½ cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon brandy-based orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier®)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecan pieces
½ cup turbinado sugar
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup butter, cut into small pieces
¼ cup ground flax seeds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

  • Combine apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries, agave, cornstarch, lime juice, orange liqueur, vanilla extract, ginger, and cinnamon in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.

2 cups mixed frozen berries
2 tablespoons cornstarch

1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
2 tablespoons plus 1 cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large egg
1/4 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
Low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, optional

Steps:

  • Whisk together 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened (batter will be thick). Spread onto bottom of a 5-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray., Mix salt and the remaining flour and sugar; toss with berries. Spoon over batter.
