Steps:
- Place potatoes and carrots in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Place turkey on vegetables.
- Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl; pour over turkey.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

Steps:
- 1. Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
- 2. Place leftover turkey over the top of vegetables.
- 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
- 4. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook another 3 1/2 hours. Served this with hot French loaf. Yum!
