6 small red potatoes (about 2 1/2 inches in diameter), cut into fourths
4 medium carrots, sliced (2 cups)
4 turkey thighs (about 2 pounds), skin removed
1/4 cup Gold Medalâ„¢ all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons onion soup mix (dry)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup Progressoâ„¢ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)

Steps:

  • Place potatoes and carrots in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Place turkey on vegetables.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl; pour over turkey.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

Easy way to finish up the last of the thanksgiving turkey.

1 onion, diced
6 small new potatoes
2 c baby carrots
1 1/2-2 lb fully cooked, leftover turkey
1/4 c flour
2 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
1 can(s) 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c chicken broth or water

Steps:

  • 1. Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
  • 2. Place leftover turkey over the top of vegetables.
  • 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
  • 4. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook another 3 1/2 hours. Served this with hot French loaf. Yum!
