1 bell pepper, diced
3 carrot, (7-1/2")s carrots, diced
3 rib (blank)s celery, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon celery salt
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste

½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup molasses
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease; set aside.
