SKINNY BROWNIE
After a rigorous workout, drinking healthy smoothies and controlling your diet all day you go weak in your knees when it comes to satisfying your dessert craving. All sugar is bad sugar, be it your regular refined sugar or the zero cal ones. These skinny brownies are easy to make and has zero butter, oil, flour or sugar. Fudgy texture and the rick chocolate taste is a perfect way to have your cake and eat it too!!!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven at 350°F.
- In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
- Grease or line a baking pan and pour the mixture, spread evenly. Bake for around 20 minutes or until done. Insert a skewer in the middle and if it comes out clean then your brownies are done.
- Take out from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack and cut into squares before serving.
- Store in an airtight container, refrigerate.
- Not a fan of Peanut Butter? Substitute it with any nut butter of your choice.
- These brownies are mild sweet in taste. It will definitely not taste like your gourmet cakes but works well when you are watching those calories!
- You can add raisins or chopped prunes for that extra sweetness.

- Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Mist a non stick 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat with a hand held mixer or stand mixer, the softened butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Add the lemon juice and zest and mix just until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda and baking soda. Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and beat at medium speed for about 1 to 2 minutes until nice and creamy. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 20-24 minutes. Try not to over bake. The edges will turn lightly golden brown. A toothpick should have moist crumbs. Let cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes. While cooling, prepare the glaze and then spread over the brownies and sprinkle on the zest. Cut into 16 brownies and enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in remaining filling ingredients until well blended.
- In large bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water, 4 egg whites and 1 teaspoon vanilla with spoon until well blended. Spread in pan.
- Spoon filling mixture over brownie batter in pan. Cut through filling mixture and batter with knife several times for marbled design. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in brownie 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For 24 brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
