1 sockeye or chum salmon fillet (8 oz), cut into 2 pieces
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon ketchup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Place salmon on foil.
  • In small bowl, stir together honey and ketchup. Spread mixture over salmon.
  • Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until thickest part of fish flakes easily with fork.

4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine brown sugar, dijon, soy sauce and rice vinegar in small bowl.
  • Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  • Place salmon on baking sheet and brush with glaze mixture.
  • Bake at 425 F for approximately 15 minutes or until done, brushing with glaze several times during baking.
  • If desired, broil for 1 minute to caramelize glaze.

1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Steps:

  • Line a 15x10x1" baking pan with foil; grease the foil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, juice, and soy sauce.
  • Place salmon skin side down on prepared pan. Spoon sauce mixture over salmon.
  • Bake uncovered at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork. Baste frequently during baking time with pan juices.
