1 1/3 cups mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 2/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except Bisquick and nuts; stir until blended. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake banana bread for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove to wire rack to cool completely.

1 1/3 cups mashed very ripe bananas (2 large)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 2/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in Bisquick mix and nuts. Pour into pan.
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan and place top side up on wire rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature up to 4 days, or refrigerate up to 10 days.

Visiting cousin with celiac disease, brown bananas on the counter. Decided to give this a shot and it came out delicious!

1/2 c butter, room temperature
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
4 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c gluten free bisquick
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together butter and sugar
  • 2. Add eggs and mashed bananas, combine well
  • 3. Add bisquick and vanilla to creamed mixture
  • 4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
  • 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
  • 6. Ovens vary, change degrees and cooking time accordingly. I recommend using a glass dish. Enjoy!

⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cups mashed bananas
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 ⅓ cups baking mix
1 cup white sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease the bottom of a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  • Measure oil, bananas, vanilla, eggs, baking mix, sugar, and nuts into a large bowl. Beat vigorously with a spoon for about 30 seconds. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
