½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded aged Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream together in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until softened and easy to stir, about 30 seconds.
  • Stir Cheddar cheese into cream cheese mixture and heat in microwave until dip is smooth, 30 to 40 seconds. Stir. Heat in microwave for another 10 seconds if needed.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, Chopped

Steps:

  • Blend the cheddar cheese and the sherry well.
  • Blend in the sour cream and then add all the rest of the ingredients.
  • Serve at room temperature.
  • SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Celery, Carrots, Radishes, Tomatoes, Polish Sausage, Cantaloupe, Crenshaw or Casaba Melon

This is a dip I recently tried and my family has a new favorite. Depending on how much you like mayo you can adjust I use 1 1/2 cups when I make it but it does call for 2.

2 cups mayonnaise, your favorite brand
1 bunch green onion, cleaned and sliced
3/4 cup bacon bits, I use Hormel

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, chill for 2 hours and enjoy with crackers or chips.
