- In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 9 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until chicken is tender., Stir in snow peas and pasta. Cook, covered, on low about 30 minutes longer, until snow peas and pasta are tender.

SESAME GINGER CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
Sesame Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup is full of Asian inspired flavors. This soup is a cold fighting soup full of healthy ingredients to boost your immune system in the winter. This soup freezes great as well.

Steps:
- In a large pot heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the carrots and zucchini and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken broth. Bring the soup to a boil and stir in the chicken, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Simmer the soup for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the egg noodles and continue to simmer until the noodles are al dente.
- Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro with lime wedges on the side.
- Let cool completely and freeze the remaining soup.
SESAME NOODLE SOUP WITH GINGER AND CHILIES

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghettini and cook until al dente, about 9 minutes. Drain and place in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, whisk together 1/4 cup of the chicken broth, the sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ginger and jalapenos. Add the mixture to the pasta and toss to coat well.
- Place the remaining chicken broth in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Mound the spaghettini mixture in the center of each of 4 soup plates. Top with the scallions and chicken, if using. Serve immediately.
