SESAME CHICKEN BITES

- In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until serving., In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley. In a separate shallow bowl, mix mayonnaise and seasonings. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere to all sides., In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches; cook until chicken is no longer pink, turning occasionally and adding additional oil as needed. Serve with sauce.

SESAME BEEF BITES
A really quick-yet-elegant finger food perfect for holiday parties!

- Whisk together the sesame oil, vinegar, green onion, garlic, hoisin sauce, and chile garlic sauce in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add the beef tenderloin cubes and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes, or in the refrigerator up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread the beef cubes onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked to your desired degree of doneness, about 8 minutes for medium-well. Transfer to a bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce. Skewer each piece of beef with a toothpick and place onto a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place a sheet of phyllo on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with butter and top with a second sheet of phyllo, pressing gently to adhere. Brush with butter and top with another sheet, pressing gently again; brush with egg white. Sprinkle half of sesame seeds and half of paprika over phyllo; season with salt and pepper. Scatter half of Gruyère over top. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut phyllo into 2" squares. Bake crackers until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet 3 minutes before serving. Repeat with remaining phyllo, butter, egg white, sesame seeds, paprika, Gruyère, and more salt and pepper, building on another parchment-lined baking sheet.

Steps:
- Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Heat oil in heavy skillet.
- Add garlic and chicken.
- Saute over high heat for 3 minutes or until chicken is about half cooked.
- Give the soy sauce mixture a stir and add to chicken.
- Continue to saute over high heat until most of the liquid is evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss before serving.
TERIYAKI SESAME TOFU BITES

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- For the sesame tofu bites: In a food processor, add the tofu, almonds, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseed, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and sundried tomatoes. Pulse until the mixture comes together, but still has some texture, 8 or 9 pulses. Be careful not to over process.
- Roll the mixture into 1-teaspoon balls using clean hands.
- On a small plate, roll each ball in the sesame seeds to coat and then place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- For the teriyaki sauce: Place the finely grated ginger, sesame oil and garlic in a small saucepan and warm through over a low heat for about 1 minute. Then add the soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar and rice vinegar. When the sugar has dissolved, pour in the cornstarch slurry and continue to stir over low heat for a couple of minutes until thickened and glossy.
- When the tofu balls are cooked, remove them from the oven. Pour the sauce onto a serving platter.
- Arrange the sesame tofu bites on top of the teriyaki sauce.
- Sprinkle over the cilantro and scallions.
- Serve with cocktail sticks on the side.

- Drain pineapple slices, reserving 1/2 cup juice in small bowl. Discard remaining juice. Reserve pineapple slices for later use.

- 1. Combine the sugar, coconut milk, eggs, and coconut butter in a bowl. Combine the flour, shredded coconut,baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Knead lightly until smooth.
- 2. Form the mixture into small balls with your hands, or with 2 tsps. Spread out the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls in them to coat.
- 3. Half fill a wok or deep heavy bottomed skillet with oil and heat to 350-375 or until a cube of bread browns on 30 seconds. Remove with a perforated spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
