1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1/2 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Spread onto a 10-in. serving plate. Combine crab, seafood sauce, horseradish and lemon juice; mix well. Spread over cream cheese. Serve with crackers.

Number Of Ingredients 17

1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine or additional chicken broth
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
12 ounces uncooked vermicelli
4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1/2 pound sea scallops
1/2 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
1 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned
1 cup fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix the first seven ingredients until smooth. Cook vermicelli according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Add scallops and shrimp; stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until scallops are firm and opaque and shrimp turn pink. Remove from pan., Stir-fry peppers, snap peas, garlic and ginger in remaining olive oil 3-5 minutes or just until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened., Return seafood to pan; heat through. Stir in sesame oil. Drain vermicelli; add to pan and toss to combine.

1 lb jumbo lump crab (picked clean)
1 lb bay scallops
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and tails removed)
1 c diced onion
1 c diced celery
1 c chopped portabello mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
2 c half & half
2 Tbsp cooking sherry
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
DROP BISCUIT TOPPING
2 c bisquick
1/2 c yellow cornmeal
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c buttermilk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350* and lightly grease 4 (2 cup) oven safe bowls, and place on a pan. Chop all your veggies up and place in container, and prepare and place your seafood in separate bowls. For larger shrimp I cut them in half, and for the LARGE scallops I halve and quarter them.
  • 2. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery & mushrooms cook 6-8 minutes until veggies are tender stirring often. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in Cajun seasoning, sherry and Parmesan. Stir in half & half and cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and add shrimp, crab and scallops, stirring well to incorporate. Spoon into your prepared dishes.
  • 3. In a medium bowl combine baking mix, cornmeal, garlic powder and cheddar cheese; stir well to mix throughout. Slowly stir in your buttermilk until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon mixture over your seafood and spread liberally. Into the oven for 25 minutes at 350*and.........POW!!!!!!
  • 4. Served with a Fresh Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing, sprinkled with Onion Straws.... My guests would not stop eating long enough for me to get a picture of the "inside" of the Pot Pie....... Oh well!!

18 slice dense white bread
2 c milk
1 c mayonnaise
4 large eggs
1 medium diced green pepper
1 small jar chopped pimentos
3/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onions
1 can(s) sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 can(s) crabmeat drained or chopped crab lumps
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
SEAFOOD DELIGHT

Steps:

  • 1. Trim crust from bread, butter both sides. Layer half of slices on bottom of 9X13 baking dish.
  • 2. Combine all other ingredients except soup & cheese....(save those for next day) into a bowl and stir, Pour 1/2 mixture on top of one layer of bread, add other half of bread and pour remaining ingredients on top of last layer of bread.
  • 3. Cover with saran wrap & refrigerate overnight. Next day, combine soup & shredded cheese. Spread over top of layer of bread. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Serve with crisp salad and white wine and ENJOY!!!

3/4 c butter or margarine
1 c finely chopped onions
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 can(s) french onion soup
1 can(s) diced rotel tomatoes & chilies
3 lb cleaned and deveined shrimp
2 c fresh crabmeat, optional
1 1/2 c white rice, uncooked

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Put butter into a large oven proof Dutch oven pot and melt in oven.
  • 3. When butter is melted, remove pot from oven and add all remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well.
  • 4. Cook until rice is tender, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir every 30 minutes so mixture does not stick.
