2 to 4 tablespoons cornmeal
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
1 cup cooked real bacon pieces (from a jar or package)
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
3 scallions, chopped
4 Land O' Lakes® organic all-natural eggs
1/4 cup water
4 fresh basil leaves, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle 16-inch pizza pan with cornmeal (to prevent dough from sticking to pan). Unroll dough on pan; starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan, building up edge slightly. Brush with oil.
  • Sprinkle cheese over dough; top with bacon, tomatoes and scallions. In small bowl, beat eggs and water with fork or wire whisk until well mixed; pour over top of other ingredients. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and eggs are set in center.

4 - eggs
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) tabasco
1 dash(es) pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/4 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese
1/4 can(s) grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano leaves, crumbled
3 - green onions, finely sliced
4 - cherry tomatoes, halved
3 slice(s) salami, cut in strips
2 - anchovies, optional

Steps:

  • Beat together eggs, sour cream, salt, hot pepper seasoning, and pepper until blended. Melt butter in small frying pan over medium-low heat. When butter begins to foam, add eggs. Cook, uncovered, lifting cooked portion with a wide spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow under. When eggs are just softly set, remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle cheeses evenly over eggs; then sprinkle oregano evenly over cheese. Broil about 4 inches from heat just until cheese is melted. Distribute onion over eggs; arrange cherry tomatoes, salami, and anchovies (if used) on top of onion. Cut in wedges.

1 (10-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions (from 1-pound bag)
8 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup chopped fully cooked ham
2 tablespoons creamy mustard -mayonnaise sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough. Cut dough into 4 equal pieces place on cookie sheet. Press out each piece of dough to form 6x5-inch rectangle form slight rim on edges of rectangles. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.2. Meanwhile, melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook stir-fry vegetables in butter 3 to 5 minutes, stiring occasionally, until tender.3. Beat eggs, milk and ham in medium bowl with fork or wire whisk until well mixed stir into vegetables. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked and eggs are set by still moist.4. Spread mustard-mayonnaise sauce on baked crusts. Spoon egg mixture evenly over sauce.
