Time 10m

Yield 1 cheeseball

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/4 lb corned beef (super thin sliced)
1 1/2 bunches green onions
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Accent seasoning

Steps:

  • Place cream cheese in a large bowl.
  • Chop corned beef and green onions pretty fine. You dont want large pieces in this.
  • Pour chopped onions and beef into bowl.
  • Add the accent and Worcestershire to bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly and form into ball. (I like to use my clean hands to mix it, because that's the best way I have found to get it thoroughly mixed.).
  • Place on platter and put into refrigerator to chill over night.
  • Take it out a few hours before being served to allow to soften. Surround the cheese ball with your favorite crackers (I like to use sociables), and watch it disappear!

DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL

This recipe is our family's holiday favorite. Grandma usually doubles the recipe, otherwise it won't last long! It can be rolled in ground nuts, bacon bits, or left plain.

CHRISTMAS, OR ANY TIME CHIPPED BEEF CHEESE BALL

Christmas, or Any Time Chipped Beef Cheese Ball image

I am terrible about not asking for a recipe, I was watching a girlfriend make this and i just remembered the ingredients. Not sure if i got the amounts right but I have fiddled with it for years and this seems the best. You could also cover it with nuts, or for a Daytona 500 party, I shaped it with a ring mold, covered it with finely chopped black olives and called it a Cheese Tire!
