SAUSAGE-STUFFED PIZZA MUSHROOMS

Steps:
- Remove mushroom stems; set caps aside. Chop stems; set aside. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; remove with a slotted spoon. , In the drippings, saute onions and mushroom stems. Stir in spaghetti sauce and sausage. Stuff into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with cheese. , Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400F. In a skillet saute sausage until brown and well cooked. Drain and put into a large bowl.
- 2. saute onion, garlic and mushroom stems in teh pan drippings untill tender. add tothe bowl with sausage and stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3. Fill each mushroom cap an d place into a 9x13 baking pan. bake 20 min. Makes approximately 20 mushroom caps.
