- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the pasta, contents of seasoning packet, salsa, water, chili powder, salt and cayenne., Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Stir in tomatoes; sprinkle with olives and cheese. Cover and simmer until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.

- Mix salsa, beans, onion, cilantro, lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of the chili powder. Cover and refrigerate while preparing beef.
- Set oven control to broil.
- Sprinkle both sides of beef with remaining 1 teaspoon chili powder and the oregano; gently press into beef. Place beef on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 6 minutes; turn. Broil 2 to 5 minutes longer for medium doneness. Serve with salsa.

- In small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Transfer to blender or food processor adding chilies, cilantro, jalapeno, jelly bouillon, worcestershire, garlic, seasoned salt and oregano, process until smooth.
- Return mixture to saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, then broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4-8 minutes or until reaches desired doneness.
- Serve with sauce and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
