- combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well, serve immediately.

Steps:
- Place tomatillos, shallot, chile, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and cumin in the bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Pulse with on/off turns until tomatillos and shallot are finely chopped. Remove from the food processor to serving bowl. Stir in avocado. Season wtih salt and pepper.

This salsa is tried and true. I developed it over a number of years and I always get compliments when I make it. Warning: Salsamole is addicting! Sometimes I like it chunky and sometimes I make it smoother. Enjoy!
