Pineapple Casserole image

My boyfriend's mother taught me this recipe and I love it. So does my dad, and anyone I have ever made it for. Goes great with Ham, but seriously could be a desert!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) pineapple
3 Tbsp pineapple juice
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 c sugar
1 pkg ritz crackers
1 c chedder cheese shredded
1/4 c butter

Steps:

  • 1. Drain Pineapple and reserve juice (I use two cans to be quite honest.) Combine Sugar Flour and juice.
  • 2. Add Cheese, pineapple chunks, and mix with flour, juice and sugar.
  • 3. Heat oven to 350. Grease 9X13 caserole dish. Put mixture in dish. Crush crackers and then sprinkle over mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
  • 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
