1 1/4 ounce Hakusan Dry Sake (or other domestic sake)
2 ounces vodka
1/4-ounce Orange Curacao
3 orange peels

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in ice-filled mixing glass. Stir well and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel.;

1 shot (1.5 ounces) sake
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Ice, as needed
2 raspberries
1 fresh mint leaf

Steps:

  • Pour the vodka, sake, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously!
  • Garnish the rim of a martini glass with 1 raspberry and drop a mint leaf into the glass.
