Made this frozen punch for Mothers day would be great for those summer BBQs. This can be made days before and placed in a punch bowl, which makes it easy for cooking and serving a family get together.

Number Of Ingredients 8

15 ounces of cream coconut milk
20 ounces pineapple chunks
46 ounces pineapple juice
10 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
2 liters carbonated lemon-lime beverage
8 ounces grenadine
1 liter cruzan banana rum
1 liter seltzer water (optional)

Steps:

  • Place milk and pineapple chunks in blender and blend to mix the milk into the pineapples. This will have a slight chunky texture.
  • Place in a very large bowl or pot with all the rest of the ingredients except for the optional seltzer.
  • Mix and pour into 3 gallon freezer ziplock storage bags. Freeze overnight.
  • Place into a punch bowl the icy mixture. You can add the optional seltzer if it`s to strong or to sweet for you. I kept it on the side for my guests to have an option to add if they want.

Stale white cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
Rum
Thick vanilla pudding
Whipped cream

Steps:

  • Put the cake cubes in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon rum for each cup of cake. Spoon the pudding on top and stir into the cake. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.

1 c butter
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp shellback spice rum
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter milk
FROSTING
1 tsp rum
hot water
vanilla extract
sprinkle with peacan pieces

Steps:

  • 1. cake blend eggs butter soft butter sugar extracts , until smooth sift flour baking powder add to mixer beginning and ending with milks bake at 320* for 1 hour and 30 mins.
  • 2. frosting powder sugar 1/2cup add a teaspoon of hot water. add vanilla extract then once your cake has cooled sprinkle peacan pieces and add your frosting to the cake
  • 3. and enjoy!
