- 1. In a large measuring cup or batter bowl, something with a spout or able to pour from, mix all ingdients together. Add a little milk if too thick. Chill before serving. Great on lettuce or greens salads and/or vegetable dip.
BLUE CHEESE OR ROQUEFORT DRESSING
This recipe is equally as good with either the blue cheese or the roquefort type cheeses.

- Mix all ingredients together then put in the refrigerator for about an hour. Taste it as it tends to get stronger once it's been chilled. Add a little more this or that as needed. If it tends to be to thick before serving, just add a little water. Great on salads but also makes a great veg. dip. Put in air tight container and it will last for weeks. Enjoy

- * Use Basic French or Vinaigrette Dressing (see below) as a base for this vegetable salad variation. Basic French or Vinaigrette Dressing * In a small bowl, mix vinegar, salt, and pepper let stand 1 to 2 minutes to dissolve. Adding oil slowly, stir or whisk until well blended. Vinegar, salt, and pepper can be adjusted according to taste. Shake or stir before serving. Add 1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese to basic dressing.
