One 12 ounce can root beer
6 Tbsp crushed root beer candies (about 14)
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, bring the root beer to a boil and simmer until reduced to about 1 cup, about 5 minutes; cool completely. In a medium bowl, fold the candy into the ice cream; stir in the cooled root beer syrup. Spoon the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving 1/2 inch empty on top. Set the ice pop inserts into place and freeze them until firm, about 6 hours or over night.

Steps:

  • Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 12 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and slowly stir root beer into milk mixture until fully incorporated. Pour root beer mixture into 24 ice pop molds; freeze until solid, 8 hours to overnight.

0.5 cups milk
2 teaspoons mccormick
1 cups vanilla ice cream
0.5 cups sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • 2. Pour mixture into 1/2-cup Popsicle molds** and place in freezer about 1 1/2 hours, or until mixture is firm enough to support Popsicle sticks. Insert Popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze until completely set.
  • **Or use small disposable plastic cups and plastic spoons in place of Popsicle molds and Popsicle sticks.

1 Pint of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Bottles of Salted Caramel Root Beer (From World Market)
Popsicle Moulds

Steps:

  • Melt the ice cream in the microwave. Pour about 1/4 of the mould full of the melted ice cream. Freeze the layer of ice cream for about an hour. Mix the Root Beer with the remaining melted ice cream and stir well. Scoop off any bubbles and stir again. (removing any bubbles again) Pour the blended mixture into the moulds, about 3/4 full, leaving room for expansion. Freeze for 6-8 hours or until fully frozen. Invert mould under warm, running water, to loosen the pops. Enjoy!
