SHRIMP, ARUGULA, AND CHICORY SALAD

Shrimp, Arugula, and Chicory Salad image

This is a very light salad taking less than 10 minutes to prepare. It must be made just prior to serving as the dressing wilts the greens slightly. From Legal Seafood.
