BAKED PEACHES
Baked Peaches are DELICIOUS and EASY! Fresh peaches with maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon, baked until warm and tender. Add ice cream or caramel or enjoy them just as they are!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x9-inch or similarly sized baking dish that's large enough to hold the peach halves in a single layer with nonstick spray. Pick a dish that's sized to where your peaches fit comfortably side by side, but there isn't too much excess room around them. Arrange peaches cut-side up in the dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the oil, maple syrup, brandy, coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon the mixture over the peaches, filling the center and letting it run over the sides.
- Bake peaches, uncovered, until the peaches are cooked through and fork-tender, about 30 minutes. Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or a pour of heavy cream, as desired.

10 MINUTE BAKED PEACHES RECIPE
A simple baked peaches recipe for dessert that only takes 5 minutes to put together and 10 minutes to bake! - Preheat your oven to 375F and make sure the oven rack is in the center of the oven.
- Wash and dry the peaches, then cut them in half to remove the pits. Be sure to leave the peel on the peaches to help them keep their shape during cooking.
- Place the 8 peach halves in a baking dish.
- Top each peach half with 1/2 tsp butter and 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
- Bake on 375 for 10-12 minutes until the inside of the peach can be easily pierced with a fork.
- Serve the baked peaches warm as is or with whipping cream or ice cream. Caramel sauce also makes a great addition!

ROASTED PEACHES WITH BROWN SUGAR AND CREAM
When fresh peaches are in season and ripe, this is a wonderful way to serve them.

- Position the oven racks so that one of the racks is in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to convection roast at 500°F. Butter four individual ovenproof baking dishes.
- Place two peach halves into each baking dish, cut side up. Place 1 teaspoon butter in the cavity of each peach half. Then spoon 1 tablespoon brown sugar in each.
- Bake in the center of the oven for 10 minutes, until the edges of the peaches begin to brown and the sugar and butter are bubbly. Remove from the oven.
- If desired, pour about 1 tablespoon dark rum over each serving and ignite carefully. Serve with heavy cream.

- Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook, stirring often, until sugar begins to dissolve (mixture may clump together). Add peaches and vanilla. Sauté until peaches are tender, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in rum. Return skillet to heat and cook until sauce thickens, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes. Spoon peaches and sauce over ice cream.
