1 recipe Sugar-free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Hazelnut extract
2 tbsp Pumpkin puree
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Make sugar-free sweetened condensed milk according to the instructions here, but use Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend instead of plain allulose (this is important for the right sweetness level in the final creamer!).
  • Whisk in the almond milk and cream. If you are making pumpkin creamer, whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. If you are making chocolate creamer, sift the cocoa powder over the pan, then whisk in. Heat briefly, just until smooth.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in the extract(s). Taste for sweetness while still warm, and add more powdered Besti to taste if desired (stir until dissolved).

REGULAR OR SUGAR FREE FLAVORED CREAMERS

REGULAR OR SUGAR FREE FLAVORED CREAMERS image

These recipes keep me in my favorite creamers AND I can make them sugar free, if I want. Nothing is better than making a fresh warm batch right off the stove and into my fresh coffee. I make this for my guests during holidays. Of course, you keep it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Once you have this basic recipe down, be creative. There are so many flavors of extracts and flavorings...especially in a candy making store. Merry Christmas!

PUMPKIN SPICE CREAMER
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 tablespoons sugar free or regular maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon candy flavoring (use 1/2 of a 1/4 teaspoon if you don't have an 1/8)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
HAZELNUT MOCHA CREAMER
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 tablespoons sugar free or regular maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons special dark cacoa (found next to regular cocoa)
- 1/8 teaspoon hazel nut candy flavoring
PEPPERMINT MOCHA CREAMER (MY FAVORITE)
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 tablespoons sugar free or regular maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons special dark cacoa
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint candy flavoring or 1 teaspoon extract

Steps:

  • Whisk everything together in a saucepan on medium heat, JUST UNTIL IT STARTS TO SHOW STEAM. Once thoroughly blended take off heat. DO NOT COOK LONG BECAUSE THE MILK WILL START TO SCALD A LITTLE LEAVING RESIDUE THAT LOOKS LIKE CURDLE IN YOUR COFFEE. YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAT THIS UP VERY LONG...JUST UNTIL YOU SEE THE FIRST SIGN OF STEAM. Pour in serving pitcher or storage container. Good for 2 weeks in fridge. (Doesn't last that long at my house!)
  • NOTE: The basic recipe of 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2 and the 4 tablespoons of maple syrup is the basic recipe. The maple syrup really is not tasted...don't ask me why. ALSO, if you want a stronger cinnamon, peppermint, vanilla, taste, etc. use 1/4 teaspoon to your liking. HOWEVER, as it is stored in the fridge the flavors mesh together and they will become stronger. With all the flavorings, butter rum would be awesome as is Amaretto I found in the flavorings of our candy making store.
