1/2 cup mayonnaise
Hot sauce, for spice, optional

Steps:

  • Measure out the ketchup and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix together. If you want it spicy, add dashes of hot sauce to taste. Serve with fries!

1 28 ounce bag of frozen steak fries
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded parmesan

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to the temperature the bag indicates.
  • Toss fries in a large bowl with oil, paprika, and seasoned salt until covered.
  • Lay fries in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake according to instructions on the package
  • When there are five minutes left on the timer, melt butter in a skillet on the stove.
  • Add garlic and cook over low heat until fragrant.
  • Place fries in a bowl and cover with garlic butter mixture.
  • Make sure the butter has cooled slightly and then toss with parmesan cheese.
