Number Of Ingredients 12

4 small unpeeled zucchini (3 cups thinly sliced)
1 cup original bisquick mix
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
2 tbs fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
12 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsb dried marjoram or oregano leaves
1/8 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1/2 c veg oil
4 eggs slightly beaten

Steps:

  • heat oven 350 grease botton & sides of 13 x9 pan. mix all ingredients and spread in pan bake about 25 min until golden brown
