Zesty Carrots image

Number Of Ingredients 9

10 cooked carrots, cut lenthwise
1/4 c liquid from carrots
2 Tbsp grated onion
2 Tbsp horseradish
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c bread or cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
dash(es) paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375* Spread carrots in shallow baking dish.
  • 2. Mix carrot water,onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over carrots.
  • 3. Mix together bread or cracker crumbs with melted butter, and place on top of carrots. Top with a dash of paprika, and bake for 15 minutes.. Enjoy!
