Yogurt with Kiwifruit and Macadamias image

For added (sugar-free) flavor, stir the seeds from half a vanilla bean into 1 quart of plain low-fat yogurt.

1 peeled and chopped kiwifruit
2 tablespoons toasted chopped macadamia nuts
Pure maple syrup

Steps:

  • Place yogurt in a bowl. Add kiwifruit and macadamia nuts. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
