Steps:
- Cook squash in small amount of water with salt. When tender, drain and drain again. It tends to hold the water.
- Add Velveeta and cut it up so it will melt. Melt it in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Pour melted Velveeta over squash. Salt & pepper. Goes with any meat dish.
