Number Of Ingredients 15

2 - 8 oz pkg chinese noodles(cook as directed) Set asside
Saute:
2 - lb ground beef (or turkey)
2 - large onion chopped
6 - stalks celery chopped
1/2- green pepper chopped
Add:
1 sm can chopped black olives (drained well)
1 jar chopped pimiento (with juice)
1 can chopped mushrooms (with juice)
Mix and Add:
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • This is a good casserole for a crowd. It makes two 9x13 pans of good eating. The recipe comes from Sharyn Bornstein. 1. Cook noodles as directed and set aside 2. Saute meat, onion, celery, green pepper 3. Add olives, pimiento,mushrooms 4. Mix soups and add to meat mixture 5. Mix meat mixture with noodles 6. Divide into two 9x13 pans 7. Bake 350 degree for one hour or until crusty 8. Top with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 9. Return to "turned off" oven until cheese melts
