Steps:
- Melt butter & mix with 1 pkg. crushed Oreo's. Press into bottom of pan. Combine cream cheese & Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Make pudding & spread over mixture. Top with 2nd pkg. of Oreo's. Mix in worms.
