WINNIE'S LEMON CAKE
I had to beg my girlfriends Mom for this recipe. It is easy and the best lemon cake I have ever had. Make sure you use peanut oil !!!!! An Easter tradition in my kitchen!!!

- 1. Mix all well and bake in a large pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes
- 2. Remove from oven and poke holes in top of cake with a fork and glaze while hot
