Number Of Ingredients 12

PLACE DRY INGREDIENTS IN PLASTIC BAG AS FOLLOWS:
2 C - flour
3 tsp - seasoned salt
2 Tsp - garlic salt
WASH AND DRY WINGS ON PAPER TOWEL
25 wings - approx 25 chicken wings & drumetts. (discard tips) or boil to make chicken soup broth. waste not want not!!
1/3 Cup - oil
SAUCE; MIX WELL AND TOSS WITH CHICKEN AFTER BROWNING.
2 C - orange marmalade jam
1 C - ketchup
1/2 C - soy sauce
3/4 tsp - ground ginger

Steps:

  • In Large Plastic re-sealable Bag, Place all the Dry ingredients; Flour Seasoning salt, Garlic salt, and shake well to mix. Add Chicken several pieces at a time , shake to coat well.
  • In Skillet; Heat Your Oil to Med hi, Brown your wings; and Drain Oil. Place Chicken back in your Skillet.
  • Mix together; Marmalade, Ketchup Soy, and Ginger. Pour over your wings in the skillet, Toss to coat well.
  • Cover and continue cooking over Reduced heat, (Med Low heat) for 10-15 min. Serves 8-12.
