Wilton Frosting Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound sifted confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup Crisco
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla*
1/3 cup milk
use clear vanilla for white frosting and regular vanilla for off-white

Steps:

  • Put flavorings into milk and set aside. Combine all ingredients with mixture and add milk mixture to desired consistency.
