Steps:
- 1. Mince & mash garlic to a paste with 1/4 tsp salt 2. Combine sherry,vinegar, mustard, shallot, garlic paste,and sugar in a small sauce pan. 3. Cook over a medium low heat whisking until heated through. 4. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until mixture is emulsified. 5. Toss greens with warm dressing and serve at once.
