Willow tree copycat chicken salad image

Prepared for Nikki's bridal shower.

Provided by Melissa Buchanan-Smith

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb cooked chicken
3/4 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp finely minced onion
3 Tbsp finely minced celery
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Pinch each; salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Chop celery and onion in a food processor. Transfer to mixing bowl.
  • 2. Place cooked chicken in the food processor and chop. Transfer to mixing bowl.
  • 3. Add additional ingredients. Blend & chill.
  • 4. Optional- One drop orange oil or zest. Cranberries, walnuts.
