Steps:
- Toss cooked wild rice with olive oil and chill thoroughly. Combine sprouts, parsley, green pepper, onions, celery and mushrooms and chill. At serving time combine rice, chopped and sliced ingredients, almonds, salt and pepper and dressing. Toss. Garnish with any of the following: chopped, hard-cooked egg, capers, diced tomatoes or crumbled bacon.
