White Pizza Dip image

This is one dip that we use all the time. AT get togethers, at baby showers, at parties and everytime we use it you can be sure it gets rave reviews. Someone always ask for the recipe.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package(s) lipton recipe herb and garlic soup mix
8 ounce(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) ricotta cheese
1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 pound(s) chopped pepperoni
1 package(s) italian bread or french bread, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 quart casserole combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Serve with bread.makes 2 cups.
