White Chocolate dipped Peach Rings image

My amazing Gomma Lisa made these to top my 20th Birthday Cake! They're so simple but so good!! And I'm beyond lucky to have my Godmother, who knows exactly what I like! :) This was a Pineapple Jell-O cake with White chocolate dipped Peach Rings!

Number Of Ingredients 3

- peach rings
- white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- skewers

Steps:

  • Melt White chocolate in Microwave or Double boiler until completely melted
  • Skewer each peach ring, then dip into white chocolate until fully coated
  • Place on a silicone mat, or parchment paper. And refrigerate for 20 mins or until fully set. And Enjoy!!!
