My amazing Gomma Lisa made these to top my 20th Birthday Cake! They're so simple but so good!! And I'm beyond lucky to have my Godmother, who knows exactly what I like! :) This was a Pineapple Jell-O cake with White chocolate dipped Peach Rings!

Steps:
- Melt White chocolate in Microwave or Double boiler until completely melted
- Skewer each peach ring, then dip into white chocolate until fully coated
- Place on a silicone mat, or parchment paper. And refrigerate for 20 mins or until fully set. And Enjoy!!!
